Background
What started out as a private tuition activity based from personal interests has evolved into a tuition centre.
Founded in Dec 2003, Simply Education commenced classes at Tampines with its first tuition centre, Simply Mathematics. Filled with passion and interests in teaching, our founders, Low Chee Leng, Foong Kok Gheng and Jene Hee, initially established the centre as a hub for Mathematics learning.
The success of our teaching approach and the feedback we received from our students’ parents have given us great confidence to start Simply Science and Simply Chinese courses subsequently in the following years. Simply Education has also grown from just one centre to three centres at Tampines, Hougang and Tiong Bahru, catering to primary, secondary and junior college levels.
Our Growth
First Simply Mathematics Tuition Centre
The very first Simply Mathematics Tuition Centre established at Tampines Blk 201E.
Opened our 2nd Centre at Hougang
Our next centre was opened at Hougang Blk 809 in a rented classroom.
We started offering Science classes to students.
Opened our 3rd Centre at Tiong Bahru
Our new centre for Simply Education Tuition Centre was opened at Blk 18, Jalan Membina, Tiong Bahru.
We started offering Chinese classes to students.
We had our first collaboration with EduLink Learning Centre at Bishan. Both Simply Education Tuition Centre and Simply Science Tuition Centre was established.
Moving of Simply Mathematics Tuition Centre to Tampines
Simply Mathematics Tuition Centre moved to Tampines Blk 201D.
Relocation and Expansion of Hougang branch
Simply Mathematics Tuition Centre shifted from a rented classroom to a whole unit at Blk 806 Hougang Central. At the same time, we were renamed to Simply Mathematics and Simply Science Tuition Centre.
We also started our collaboration with Xing Zhi Language Centre to offer Chinese classes
Creation of Simply Chinese Tuition Centre
Simply Chinese Tuition Centre was incorporated.
Renaming of Tuition Centre in Hougang
To simplify our brand, Simply Mathematics and Simply Science at Hougang were renamed to Simply Education Tuition Centre (Hougang).
Awarded Successful Entrepreneur 2011 (Platinum Category)
Simply Education is a proud recipient of Successful Entrepreneur 2011 (Platinum Category), organised by GRC Press Holdings.

Rebranding of Simply Education Tuition Centre
A rebranding exercise was done with a new SIMPLY brand.
Our Centres
Our 3 centres are located at easily accessible neighbourhoods:
TIONG BAHRU
Conveniently located just above Tiong Bahru MRT and opposite Tiong Bahru Plaza, we are easily accessible by buses and the MRT. The tuition centre in Tiong Bahru is well connected to schools and homes in the Central region areas like Tiong Bahru, Bukit Merah, Telok Blangah and Redhill.
TAMPINES
Established in 2004, Simply Education in Tampines is a specialist tuition centre for Mathematics and Science. The tuition centre in Tampines is easily accessible by buses and the Tampines East MRT. It is well-connected to schools and homes in the eastern region and cater to students in Tampines, PasirRis, Simei and Bedok.
HOUGANG
The tuition centre in Hougang is well located at Hougang Central. We are located opposite Hougang Central Bus Interchange and a short walking distance from Hougang MRT. The tuition centre in Hougang caters to students studying and living in Hougang, Sengkang, Punggol, Serangoon, Ang Mo Kio and Bishan.
